Vardar just like Veszprem – invincible in pre-season
SEHA Gazprom League's
participants have finished with preparations for the season. Only thing left
are PPD Zagreb's matches on Marrane tournament in France. This is second part
of pre-season's preview.
VARDAR: Vardar will enter the season with nothing but victories from pre-season. They have celebrated on tournaments in Kanjiža and at home in Skopje and it is visible that coach Raul has much stronger team than last season. Seven wins from as much matches seem to make SEHA double champion's ambitions for the season clear enough.
Friendly match: Nilufer 43:28 (Manaskov 6).
Kanjiža tournament: Partizan 40:28 (Shishkarev 8), Gorenje 30:24 (Toskić 6); finals Szeged 22:19 (Karačić 7).
Skopje tournament: Nexe 36:26 (Dereven 6), Chehovskie Medvedi 40:32 (Manaskov 7); finals Kristianstad 32:24 (Maqueda 5).
NEXE: Team from Našice has managed to make roster stronger and preparation matches were ideal chance for them to try new options on some positions. Results are not revealing the whole story but victories against Gorenje and Metalurg surely are a sign that Zdenko Kordi' team is stronger than ever.
Kanjiža tournament: Saudi Arabia 27:21 (Halilković 4), Szeged 22:28 (Božić-Pavletić 5); 3rd place match Gorenje 24:22 (Božić-Pavletić 5).

Riđica tournament: Dalmatinac Riđica 28:18, finals Spačva Vinkovci 29:18 (Lojaničić 7).
