MKB MVM Veszprem, Tatran and PPD Zagreb national champions
Two domestic championships have finished during the week, one is about to and what we have are three new-old champions.
HUNGARY: Veszprem have managed to defend the title beating PICK Szeged 2-0 in final series. In the second match, in Szeged, they havre reached narrow 31: 29 (first match 29:23) win with an amazing night for Momir ilić who scored 14 goals. This is Veszprem's 23rd national champion title.
SLOVAKIA: Tatran from Prešov are also new-old champions after 3-0 final series win against Hlohovec meaning that this is their 11th title. In the last match they've reached 33:25 (previous matches 40:25, 31:22) led by Rabek and Antl with 6 along with Čip who scored 5 goals.
CROATIA: PPD Zagreb have, with a win against Varaždin two rounds before the end of League 6 mathematically secured new, 24th in a row championship title. Zagreb's best scorer of the match (35:26) was Luka Stepančić with 8 goals.
BELARUS: Play-offs have started and Meshkov are in semis leading 1-0 against Kronon after a big 37:22 away win. Nikulenkau and Baranau have scored 5 goals each.
MACEDONIA: League 6 has reached its 6th round. Vardar have maximum 18 points (in the last round they were better than Prilep with 36:24, Toskić and Marković 7 goals each) and Metalurg are right behind them with a win against Radoviš 29:22 (Vojvodić 7 goals).
