Eurofarm Pelister

There are two more weeks filled with the excitement brought by European competitions left until the end of the year. Group stages of EHF both Champions League and European League are slowly starting to unravel while Serbian representatives in European Cup made a big step towards the next round. It’s time for our weekly preview!

We’ll start with EHF European Cup in which Partizan Belgrade managed to secure a 30:26 home win over Romanian Minaur Baia Mare. Second leg will be played in Romania on Saturday.

EHF Champions League
In group A Meshkov Brest will after the defeat in Zagreb travel to Norway to play Elverum. They’ve managed to deliver a solid performance against them at home so it remains to be seen whether they can repeat the same on the road. Coach Veselin Vujovic and his guys will on the other side travel to Germany to play THW Kiel. In the last round they suffered a narrow home loss against Szeged and it will be exciting to see how much they can do against Kiel which is far from the best form so far this season.

Group B is bringing us a duel between Telekom Veszprem and Dinamo Bucuresti. Once again, in order to stay close to group leaders Kielce, Hungarians need a win. Motor will welcome German Flensburg in Zaporozhye and PPD Zagreb will travel to France where they will square off against Montpellier.
