Yesterday, on October 5th 2019, SEHA – Gazprom League was awarded the “Best Sport Event of 2019“prize, at Sportfest in Porec, for the organisation of the SEHA – Gazprom League Final 4 in Brest, Belarus, from 2nd to 3rd of April, 2019. The jury of Sportfest carefully picked the winner of this prestigious prize, and looked for examples of effective organisation, excellent attendance and realising the crucial aims of the event, with a special emphasis on promoting sport and active lifestyle.

Tomica Madjercic accepted the impressive award and said: “In the name of the entire SEHA team, I want to thank the jury and the organisers for recognizing our hard work and dedication that was put in organising the event. Of course, we must also congratulate the co-organisers from HC Meshkov Brest who deserve a lot of credit for organising the event. Once again, we showed uniqueness and innovation in organizing the SEHA Final 4. This award will definitely give us more pushback in future projects and development of the League.”
