PPD Zagreb sign Ante Gadza
Croatian champions, PPD Zagreb will enter the new season with a new reinforcement in their team. Well-known SEHA face, Ante Gadza, decided to move from Nexe. He will spend the following two seasons in Zagreb as he signed a two-years contract. This won't be the first time Gadza will play for the Croatian champions, because he was already a part of the team earlier in his career.
Twenty-seven year old centre back spent the last five seasons in Nexe, and was one of the key players in the previous season when his team secured their first SEHA Final 4 tournament. In those five seasons, Gadza appeared 73 times on the SEHA court and scored 102 goals. Besides Nexe, he previously played for Ivanic, Dugo Selo, Medvescak and Umag, as well as the Croatian national team.
”I am serious about my return to the club. Hopefully, I will meet all the expectations. I would also like to thank my former club and my former coach, it was nice being a part of that colective. This was a logical step forward and I hope both me and the club will be satisfied with this decision“, said Ante Gadza for the PPD Zagreb's website.
