Nexe sign Ivan Dumencic from Dubrava Zagreb
After the club from Nasice announced the signings of young Croatian stars Fran Mileta and Gianfranco Pribetic, the team officially confirmed they have added another Croatian player to their roster, Dubrava’s Ivan Dumencic.
The centre back, who will turn 29 in July, has agreed to join the team in the summer and will likely be a replacement for Patrik Leban, who will leave Nexe to join Celje PL. Dumencic already has some SEHA experience, as he played for Borac m:tel from Banja Luka during the 2015/16 season. In 4 appearances in SEHA – Gazprom League, Dumencic recorded 11 goals and 12 assists, and he will look to add to his record playing for Nexe.
Dumencic is an experienced player, as he also played in Turkey, Hungary and the United Arab Emirates. In Nasice, Dumencic will reunite with the coach Hrvoje Horvat, but also with Ivan Vida and Tomi Vozab, who were all in Dubrava Zagreb.
