Croatian champions have signed six -month contract with Macedonian national team player and defensive specialist Velko Markoski - 29 year old coming from Rabotnički Skopje.

He has signed a contract until the end of the season with a possibility of future cooperation meaning that Veselin Vujović can now count on good defense despite of absence of some players like Stepančić, Šušnja and Šandrk.

Markoski is defensive player who already has cooperation with Vujović behind him while they were both in Vardar. This will be Markoski’ first international experience after playing for Struga, Vardar, Metalurg and Zomimak before signing with Rabotnički this summer. He also has Champions League experience from days with Vardar playing in group stage as well as from Metalurg with which he has managed to go all the way to TOP 8.

His debut for PPD Zagreb is expected to happen against Vardar in Skopje on 10th of December.
