After struggling with injuries for most of the season at the right back position, PPD Zagreb have signed the left-handed Serbian international Nikola Potic. Potic is a 203cm tall right back, who has experience in playing in Serbia, Slovenia, Spain and Hungary! His previous club was Cangas de Morazzo in Spain, where he spent the last 2 seasons. 

'It is my great honour to sign for PPD Zagreb, a club with incredible tradition. When I heard that the club management is interested in me, it wasn't hard to make up my mind. I'm very happy to have a chance to play at a very high level of competition in both EHF Champions League and the SEHA – Gazprom League!'- said Potic for the club's website upon signing a 3-year deal. 

The 24-year old came through the ranks at Partizan. He was born in Belgrade and already has some experience in the SEHA – Gazprom League and the Champions League. In previous 7 SEHA appearances as a youngster, Potic recorded 11 goals and 10 assists. Hopefully now he will have a chance to take his game to another level in PPD Zagreb!
